Undergraduate Research Fellowships offered by the NASA West Virginia Space Grant Consortium now open


The NASA West Virginia Space Grant Consortium is offering fellowships for undergraduate students who desire a career in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) related programs and are interested in working on a research project under the supervision of a faculty member who will act as their research advisor. These undergraduate affiliate fellowships are awarded by the applicant’s college or university. The amount awarded varies from each institution. Applicants for these fellowships must be full-time undergraduate students of US citizenship. Female and minority students are strongly encouraged to apply. Please contact your institution’s representative to inquire about the amount of these fellowships.

The deadline for students to apply is Monday,October 5, 2020. Research endorsements and faculty advisor evaluations are due by Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
