Registration

Registration for this conference will close on September 15, 2024. The registration link will be open (and advertised) at latest 1 Aug 2024.

The procedure to apply for any Aspen conference is as follows:

  • Participants apply and then register (if admitted) on the aspenphys.org website. 

  • You will be notified if you are accepted or waitlisted (if the participants exceeds 110, which is the maximum ACP can accommodate). You will receive this information as quickly as possible to give you enough time to book a reasonably priced room and obtain a visa, if necessary.

  • ACP sends acceptance emails to participants and collects registration fees through its website prior to arrival or at our front desk after arrival.

  • ACP sends information about lodging; the participants are responsible for booking their own lodging, but ACP will secure discounted lodging options at the Aspen Meadows as well as other hotels in the Aspen area (see below).

  • ACP tracks cancellations and adds people from the waitlist as needed.


Accommodation

The Aspen Meadows Resort, which is adjacent to the ACP, has a block of rooms for each conference. They may sell out quickly, so we recommend booking your lodging as soon as you are able.  Other nearby accommodations will also be available. Please find rate and booking details here:

Meals

  1. Breakfast is included in the Aspen Meadows Resort nightly rate.

  2. ACP will provide light snacks at morning and evening breaks, and lunch/dinner will be left to participants. Some suggested local lunch and dinner ideas will be provided by ACP.

  3. If you would like to schedule more than one poster session with catering or if you would like to schedule a conference banquet, please let us know well in advance and we can provide suggestions and obtain estimates for cost.
