Matt's project focused on developing an antenna to detect radio interference at the Green Bank Observatory CHIME Outrigger site.
Plans for the future: "I hope to go to graduate school and continue working with radio instrumentation. I've really been enjoying designing and building scientific equipment and hopefully, one day, I can go one to help build such instrumentation either in the form of ground based observatories or space-based missions."
"I've really enjoyed the community that has formed between the various REU students and the faculty. I've met a lot of really great people here that I hope I can continue to be in contact with."
